Basic Sciences
Slot B. Your college runs either Physics or Chemistry in S1, and the other in S2.
Slot B alternative to Physics. Whichever you do not take in S1, you take in S2.
Engineering Sciences
Module 1’s opening block — line types, dimensioning, BIS conventions — is examinable in class only; the syllabus says no end-semester questions come from it. CAD is internal evaluation only.
One paper, not two. The S1 credit table shows the load as 2+2, which reads like two separately examined halves — it is not: the official course page gives 4:0:0:0 with a single 60-mark end-semester exam covering all four modules.
